CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO.22-153 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES AND AWARDING AN ASH TREE REMOVAL <br /> CONTRACT <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to a request for quotes for boulevard ash tree removal to take place in the <br /> winter of 2022-2023,quotes were received and tabulated: <br /> CONTRACTOR TOTAL QUOTE <br /> YTS Companies,LLC. $ 9,350 <br /> Upper Cut Tree Service $15,700 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that YTS Companies, LLC. is the lowest responsible bidder; and <br /> WHEREAS,the funding for the project is from the General Fund Forestry Budget; and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that <br /> the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with YTS <br /> Companies,LLC. for boulevard ash tree removals in the amount of$9,350. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this L 2 day of Dt'C• 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> L' c ec' and was duly seconded by Councilmember RUN Q rC\ and upon vote <br /> being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: ,i- t c tv , <br /> The following voted against same: None <br /> Ro.dp erty,Mayor <br /> AT l'EST: 1 <br /> Julianne Bartell/City Clerk <br />
