<br />95 <br />1. One (1) accessory building not exceeding a footprint of 400 square feet approved <br />by conditional use permit or planned unit development shall be allowed, except when intended <br />for storage of buses. <br /> <br />2. Building height shall be limited to 12 feet maximum except when intended for <br />storage of buses per City Code Section 1007.043(2)(b)2. <br /> <br />3. Metal buildings and pole barns are prohibited. <br /> <br />4. All sides of the principal and accessory structures are to have essentially the <br />same or a coordinated harmonious finish treatment in compliance with City Code Section <br />1007.043(2). <br /> <br />5. Accessory buildings on commercial or industrial sites shall be limited to typical <br />accessory storage uses. No additional commercial or industrial use shall be allowed within an <br />accessory storage building. <br /> <br />6. Accessory buildings in compliance with this section shall not be subject to the <br />site and building plan review requirements of City Code Section 1007.019(2). <br /> <br />7. Accessory buildings shall not be located within a public easement. <br /> <br />8. Building permits shall be required in compliance with the State Building Code. <br /> <br />(5) Refuse and Recyclable Material. <br /> <br />(a) Removal. <br /> <br />1. Motor vehicles not currently licensed by the state, or that because of <br />mechanical deficiency are incapable of movement under their own power, parked or stored <br />outside for a period in excess of 30 days, shall be disposed of within 30 days of notification by <br />the City. <br /> <br />2. All materials stored outside in violation of City Code provisions are considered <br />refuse or junk and shall be disposed of within 30 days of notification by the City. <br /> <br />(b) Location and Screening. <br /> <br />1. Single Family Detached Dwellings, Two-Family Dwellings, and All Other <br />Residential Buildings With Four (4) or Less Units. Garbage cans, waste containers and <br />recycling bins shall be kept in a garage, an accessory building, or rear or side yards. <br /> <br />2. Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and Residential Buildings With More Than <br />Four (4) Units. <br />
