<br />99 <br /> <br />a. No outdoor recreation facility whether public or private shall be illuminated <br />after 11:00 PM, except for required security lighting. <br /> <br />b. Off-street parking areas for outdoor recreation uses which are illuminated <br />shall meet the requirements stated for business or industrial applications as found in City Code <br />Section 1007.043(6)(f)2. <br /> <br />c. The provisions for an administrative use permit per City Code Section <br />1007.019 are considered and satisfactorily met. <br /> <br />(g) Submission of Plans. All applications, except single family residential, that include <br />outdoor lighting must include evidence the proposed outdoor lighting will comply with this <br />section. The application shall contain the following information, in addition to other required <br />information: <br /> <br />1. Site plans indicating the location on the premises of all illuminating devices, <br />fixtures, lamps, supports, reflectors, and other lighting devices. <br /> <br />2. Description of the type of illuminating devices, fixtures, lamps, supports, <br />reflectors, and other lighting devices (angle of cutoff). The description shall include, but is not <br />limited to, catalog cuts by manufacturers and drawings (including sections where required). <br /> <br />3. Photometric plans illustrating the light emissions, and illumination field of the <br />proposed site lighting. <br /> <br />(7) Smoke. The emission of smoke by any use shall be in compliance with and regulated <br />by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Regulation APC 7009, as <br />amended. <br /> <br />(8) Dust and Other Particulate Matter. The emission of dust, fly ash or other particulate <br />matter by any use shall be in compliance with and regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution <br />Control Standards, Minnesota Regulation APC 7009, as amended. <br /> <br />(9) Odors. The emission of odor by any use shall be in compliance with and regulated by <br />the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Regulation APC 7009, as <br />amended. <br /> <br />(10) Noise. Noises emanating from any use shall be in compliance with and regulated by <br />the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Regulations MPC 7030, as <br />amended and City Code. <br /> <br />(11) Sewage Disposal. Where allowed, the installation of on-site sewage treatment systems <br />shall be in compliance with the provisions of the State Building Code and applicable State and <br />City codes.
