<br />101 <br />h. Off-street parking of licensed passenger motor vehicles in designated <br />driveway or parking area, surfaced in compliance with City Code Section 1007.044(3)(h)16. <br /> <br />i. Licensed motor vehicles per City Code Section 1007.044(11). <br /> <br />j. Refuse and Recyclable Materials per City Code Section 1007.043(5). <br /> <br />k. Storage pods or roll-off dumpsters in compliance with the following: <br /> <br />i. No permit is required. <br /> <br />ii. They shall be located in a driveway. <br /> <br />iii. They shall not block a sidewalk or trail. <br /> <br />iv. They shall be removed after 30 days. <br /> <br />l. Lawn, garden, and holiday ornamentation. <br /> <br />m. Outdoor furniture including grills and similar items. <br /> <br />(b) Business, Industrial and Special Zoning Districts. <br /> <br />1. Outdoor Storage. Outdoor storage shall be governed by the respective zoning <br />district in which such use is located. <br /> <br />2. Screening. All outdoor storage shall be screened so as not to be visible from <br />adjoining properties and public streets except for the following: <br /> <br />a. Merchandise being displayed for sale in compliance with zoning district <br />requirements. <br /> <br />b. Materials and equipment currently being used for construction on the <br />premises. <br /> <br />3. Semi-Trailers. <br /> <br />a. Semi-trailers backed up to a loading space or dock door shall be exempt <br />from these requirements. <br /> <br />b. Semi-trailers connected to semi-tractors waiting to be loaded or unloaded <br />shall be considered truck parking and shall be exempt from these requirements. <br />
