<br />108 <br />6. One (1) large tree may be substituted for every two (2) large shrubs in lieu of the <br />shrub requirement at the discretion of the city. <br /> <br />7. Areas that are included in a project-specific natural resource management plan <br />that addresses vegetation are not subject to the Open Areas Landscaping Standards. <br /> <br />(f) Buffer and Screen Standards: The purpose of this requirement is to separate and <br />buffer different land use types, screen roads and parking, and screen utility and loading areas. <br />The location of buffers and screens are listed below, while the width of the buffer yard can be <br />found in the respective zoning districts. Buffers and screens shall meet the following standards: <br /> <br />1.
