CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 22-159 <br /> ADOPTING THE 2023 CAPITAL EQUIPMENT FUND BUDGET <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has reviewed the proposed 2023 Capital Equipment Replacement <br /> Fund budget during their budget works sessions, and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br /> that the following Capital Equipment Replacement Fund Budget for the year 2023 is hereby <br /> adopted: <br /> 2023 CAPITAL EQUIPMENT FUND BUDGET <br /> REVENUES $663,714 <br /> Operating Tax Levy $325,000 <br /> Use of Fund Reserves $271,750 <br /> Sale of Fixed Assets $66,964 <br /> EXPENDITURES $661,830 <br /> Police <br /> Primary Response Vehicle $60,610 <br /> Primary Response Vehicle $60,610 <br /> Primary Response Vehicle $60,610 <br /> Admin Response Vehicle $51,000 <br /> Public Services <br /> John Deere Tractor $20,000 <br /> 1 Ton Truck w/Dump Box and Plow $87,000 <br /> Zero Turn Mower $17,000 <br /> Dump Truck w/Plow $305,000 <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of December, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br /> LVde Th and was duly seconded by Council Member Cc n and upon <br /> vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: gQcccrivi Cawegn <br /> The following voted against same: None <br /> c <br /> ob R fferty, Mayor <br /> ATT <br /> Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
