<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DATE: January 4, 2023 <br /> <br />TO: Park Board Members <br /> <br />FROM: Rick DeGardner, Public Services Director <br /> <br />RE: Pre-Park Board Meeting - Watermark Playground Meeting @ 6:30pm <br /> <br />Residents of the Watermark Development have been invited to review concept plans for the <br />playground area and fitness area. In addition to providing information to the HOA and residents <br />who have indicated interest (including those that attended previous Park Board meetings), the <br />following was included in the Winter city newsletter. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Watermark Park Update <br />Watermark Park is slated for development in 2023!!! Below is the master plan. Watermark <br />Development residents are invited to attend an initial meeting to design the playground area of <br />the new Watermark Park which is scheduled to start construction in the Spring of 2023. Bill <br />Johnson from Northland Recreation will be in attendance to lead the discussion. Members of the <br />Park Board will also be in attendance. <br /> <br />The meeting will begin at 6:30pm on Wednesday, January 4 at Fire Station #2, located at 1710 <br />Birch Street. Review of the park master plan, concept plans of the playground area, and budget <br />numbers will allow us to begin the discussion. Look for development activity in the Spring!! <br /> <br /> <br />
