4 <br /> The proposed earth moving and stockpiling operation conform to the applicable <br />performance standards of this ordinance as detailed in this staff report <br /> <br />3. The use is allowed as an interim use in the respective zoning district. <br /> <br />The property is zoned LI, Light Industrial. Earth moving and land reclamation is an <br />allowed interim use in this zoning district. <br /> <br />4. The date or event that will terminate the use can be identified with certainty. <br /> <br />The proposed earth moving and stockpiling operations, including turf establishment, shall <br />be completed within 18 months of approval of the Interim Use Permit by City Council. <br /> <br />5. The proposed development application has been found to be consistent <br />with the design standards listed in City Code Section 1007.020(4). <br /> <br />The proposed earth moving and stockpiling operation is consistent with the design <br />standards as noted below. <br /> <br />2.
