CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-02 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING WATERMARK <br /> AGREEMENT REPAYMENT FOR CONSTRUCTING CITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, on August 8, 2022 the City Council passed Resolution No. 22-78 approving the <br /> Watermark HOA clubhouse and site plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, on December 12, 2022 the City Council passed Resolution No. 22-154 approving <br /> plans and specifications and authorized ad for bids for Watermark Park; and <br /> WHEREAS,the projects consist of a shared driveway for the HOA clubhouse and public park; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,the Agreement includes two parcels legally described as: <br /> • Outlot C, Watermark 4th Addition <br /> • Lot 1, Block 3, Watermark 4th Addition <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br /> hereby approves the Agreement between U.S. Home LLC and the City of Lino Lakes and <br /> authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of January, 2023. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br /> Lyden and was duly seconded by Council Member Cavtgn and upon <br /> vote by eiinnng t e hexeon, the following voted in favor thereof: biden S�0Q,S2) Ruh\ud r <br /> The following voted against same: N One- <br /> •.
