CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-06 <br /> APPROVING ISSUANCE OF AN <br /> EDIBLE CANNABINOID PRODUCT LICENSE TO <br /> AK SMOKE ZONE INC, 7107 OTTER LAKE RD <br /> WHEREAS, Ali Alfureedy has applied for a license to sell retail edible cannabinoid <br /> products at the existing AK Smoke Zone Inc store at 7107 Otter Lake Rd; and <br /> WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed said application and determined that the request <br /> meets the requirements of the City Code for the type of license requested; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Public Safety Department of the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an <br /> investigation of the applicants, and; <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has provided proof of insurance as required and has paid the <br /> necessary fees; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br /> Lakes hereby approves a license to sell edible cannabinoid products to Ali Alfuredy, AK <br /> Smoke Zone Inc. subject to compliance with all the provisions and conditions of the laws <br /> of the city, state and federal government. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of January 2023. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> 1.-ydeh and was duly seconded by Councilmember PU h to nci and <br /> u on vote bein taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: Lyden <br /> Ruhkand, Cavegn t Ra-C�er�j <br /> The following voted against same: <br /> NOne <br /> re <br /> R bRaTferty, Mayor - 1 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Hannah Lynch, City lerk <br />
