They have reached agreement on a two-year contract and staff <br /> 48 recommends approval. <br /> 49 <br /> 50 Item 4A, Consider Acceptance of Coss Family Foundation Donation—Public Safety Director <br /> 51 Swenson shared the Coss family has donated for several years and this is a $20,000 donation which <br /> 52 would be put in an escrow fund. <br /> 53 <br /> 54 Item 6B, Watermark HOA Clubhouse & Public Parking Lot—City Planner Larsen reviewed her <br /> 55 written staff report. The Watermark HOA clubhouse and parking lot project will be constructed this <br /> 56 year, including a parking lot on City property. The first agreement will reimburse Lennar for those <br /> 57 costs; the second agreement is for the shared driveway and maintenance. <br /> 58 <br /> 59 Councilmember Ruhland asked how many cannabinoid license requests the City had received. <br /> 60 Administrator Cotton noted there are two on tonight's agenda, both of which are edible cannabinoid <br /> 61 licenses for existing tobacco shops.
