CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 23-04 <br />APPROVING A SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 10-22 FOR PUBLICATION <br />WHEREAS, the C ity Coun cil approved Ordinance No. 10-22, amending Chapter 1011 <br />regulating Stormwater, Erosion and Sediment Control; and <br />WHEREAS, t he City Council approved the first reading on December 12, 2022, and the second <br />reading and final passage on January 9, 2023; and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10-22 is lengthy and MN statute 412.191 allows the city to publish <br />a summary o f an ordinance, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the summary clearly informs the public of the <br />intent and effect of t he o rdinance, and <br />WHEREAS, the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a full printed <br />copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The C ity Council of The City of <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the City Council approves the summary in Attachment A for <br />publication according to state law and the City Charter. <br />Adopted by the Council of the Ci ty of L ino Lakes this 9th day of January, 2023. <br />The motio n for the adoption of t he foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />_____________ and was duly seconded by Councilmember _____________ and upon vote <br />being t aken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />_____________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />________________________ <br />Hannah Lynch, City Clerk
