CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 23-02 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING WATERMARK <br />AGREEMENT REPAYMENT FOR CONSTRUCTING CITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 8, 2022 the City Council passed Resolution No. 22-78 approving the <br />Watermark HOA clubhouse and site plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on December 12, 2022 the City Council passed Resolution No. 22-154 approving <br />plans and specifications and authorized ad for bids for Watermark Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the projects consist of a shared driveway for the HOA clubhouse and public park; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Agreement includes two parcels legally described as: <br /> <br />• Outlot C, Watermark 4th Addition <br />• Lot 1, Block 3, Watermark 4th Addition <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Agreement between U.S. Home LLC and the City of Lino Lakes and <br />authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of January, 2023. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Hannah Lynch, City Clerk <br /> <br />
