CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 23-01 <br /> <br />APPROVING ISSUANCE OF AN <br />EDIBLE CANNABINOID PRODUCT LICENSE TO <br />LINO LAKES TOBACCO 1 INC, 717 APOLLO DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Zuhair Abudaja has applied for a license to sell retail edible cannabinoid <br />products at the existing Lino Lakes Tobacco 1 Inc store at 717 Apollo Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed said application and determined that the request <br />meets the requirements of the City Code for the type of license requested; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Public Safety Department of the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an <br />investigation of the applicants, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided proof of insurance as required and has paid the <br />necessary fees; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves a license to sell edible cannabinoid products to Zuhair Abudaja, <br />Lino Lakes Tobacco 1 Inc. subject to compliance with all the provisions and conditions of <br />the laws of the city, state and federal government. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of January 2023. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Councilmember ________________ and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Hannah Lynch, City Clerk
