<br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 23-13 <br /> <br />APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br />2023 STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Council awarding a construction contract to Bituminous <br />Roadways, Inc. in the amount of $1,006,598.55, on February 13, 2023; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, WSB and Associates has submitted a proposal to complete the construction <br />services for the 2023 Street Rehabilitation Project in the amount of $58,818.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the city to proceed with <br />the construction oversight and administration, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB, in the name <br />of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction services of 2023 Street Rehabilitation Project. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of February, 2023. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Hannah Lynch, City Clerk <br /> <br />
