Review Regular Agenda 14 <br />Mayor Rafferty noted a special guest at tonight’s City Council meeting, State Representative 15 <br />Elliott Engen. 16 <br /> 17 <br />Consent Agenda – 18 <br /> 19 <br />Item 1, Consider Approval of Expenditures for January 23, 2023 (Check No. 117907 20 <br />through 117989) in the Amount of $570,683.98 21 <br /> 22 <br />Item 2, Consider Approval of January 9, 2023 Work Session Minutes 23 <br /> 24 <br />Item 3, Consider Approval of January 9, 2023 Council Meeting Minutes 25 <br /> 26 <br />Item 4, Consider Resolution No. 23-05, Approving a Massage Enterprise License for 27 <br />Allure Salon & Spa and an Individual Massage License for Alicea White, Allure 28 <br />Salon & Spa – City Administrator Cotton noted the Salon has been licensed as an enterprise 29 <br />before, however this individual has not. The Salon had let the license expire and they are now 30 <br />looking to re-up the license. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Regular Agenda – 33 <br /> 34 <br />Item 2, Consider Resolution No. 23-09, Approving the 2023-2024 Labor Agreement with 35 <br />I.U.O.E, Local No. 49 – City Administrator Cotton explained an agreement has been reached 36 <br />with Local No. 49 representing the City’s Public Works department. Terms are outlined in the 37 <br />contract and are consistent with what was approved for police and sergeant. 38 <br /> 39 <br />The meeting was adjourned at 6:34 p.m. 40 <br /> 41 <br />These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular Council meeting held on 42 <br />February 13, 2023. 43 <br /> 44
