Review Regular Agenda <br /> 15 Mayor Rafferty noted a special guest at tonight's City Council meeting, State Representative <br /> 16 Elliott Engen. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Consent Agenda- <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Item 1, Consider Approval of Expenditures for January 23, 2023 (Check No. 117907 <br /> 21 through 117989) in the Amount of 8570,683.98 <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Item 2, Consider Approval of January 9,2023 Work Session Minutes <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Item 3, Consider Approval of January 9, 2023 Council Meeting Minutes <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Item 4, Consider Resolution No. 23-05, Approving a Massage Enterprise License for <br /> 28 Allure Salon & Spa and an Individual Massage License for Alicea White, Allure <br /> 29 Salon & Spa—City Administrator Cotton noted the Salon has been licensed as an enterprise <br /> 30 before, however this individual has not. The Salon had let the license expire and they are now <br /> 31 looking to re-up the license. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Regular Agenda- <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Item 2, Consider Resolution No. 23-09, Approving the 2023-2024 Labor Agreement with <br /> 36 I.U.O.E, Local No. 49—City Administrator Cotton explained an agreement has been reached <br /> 37 with Local No. 49 representing the City's Public Works department. Terms are outlined in the <br /> 38 contract and are consistent with what was approved for police and sergeant. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 The meeting was adjourned at 6:34 p.m. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular Council meeting held on <br /> 43 February 13, 2023. <br /> 44 <br /> 1 <br />
