A survey, tree
preservation plan, and mitigation plan will not be required for this project.

Open Areas Landscape Standards

The open space for this project is the approximately 4,000 sq.ft. in and around the
stormwater infiltration basin west of the proposed parking lot. This would require 2 large
trees and 4 large shrubs. There are shrubs and trees provided along the fence to the south
of the parking lot that exceed the requirements for screen planting. The additional plants
along the fence will satisfy the open space planting requirements.

Open space planting requirements have been met.

Buffer and Screen Standards

A 6 foot fence with trees and shrubs is proposed to provide continuous, year-round
screening between the parking lot and the residential lots to the south.

Buffer and screen standards have been met.

Canopy Cover
