Comments were <br />made on the following documents: <br /> <br />• Boundary, Location, Topographic and Utility Survey prepared by Sunde Land Surveying, <br />dated February 9, 2023, received February 10, 2023. <br />• Centennial Middle School – I.S.D. #12 Tennis Court Relocation and Parking Lot Addition <br />site plans prepared by Larson Engineering, Inc., dated February 7, 2023, received <br />February 10, 2023. <br />• Centennial Middle School Tennis Court Relocation and Parking Lot Addition Stormwater <br />Calculations prepared by Larson Engineering, Inc., dated February 7, 2023, received <br />February 10, 2023. <br />• Geotechnical Evaluation Report – Centennial Middle School Pavement Improvements <br />prepared by Braun Intertec, dated December 22, 2022, received February 10, 2023. <br /> <br />The following review comments should be responded to in writing by the applicant. <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />• General <br /> <br />The plans include converting existing tennis courts to a parking lot and converting an <br />existing parking lot to tennis courts. All of the work proposed is within the 399 Elm Street <br />(Centennial Middle School) property. <br /> <br />Comments: <br />1. (3/1/2023) Applicant to verify if the concrete walk area by the existing tennis <br />courts/proposed parking lot is being removed and replaced. It is shown as <br />the same hatch on all sheets. <br />2. (3/1/2023) Applicant to verify if drain tile in the proposed tennis courts is low <br />enough to avoid conflicts with existing and rerouted electrical work. <br />3. (3/1/2023) Contractor to note that any tree removals may be impacted by the <br />U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service classification of the northern long-eared bat as <br />endangered. This classification may require that tree removal within the <br />project area not take place until after the new NLEB determination key is
