<br />10 <br /> <br />d. Signs may not be displayed without a permit. A single permit shall not exceed 30 <br />consecutive days. Each permit must indicate the number of days and the dates the sign is be displayed. A <br />fee and deposit at a level established by ordinance adopted by the city council is required. The deposit <br />shall be forfeited if the sign was erected past the date of removal, as indicated on the permit. <br /> <br />e. Permits shall be signed by the property owner and/or property manager. <br /> <br />f. The city has the right to remove the sign at the end of the permit period and collect the <br />cost of removal from the permit holder and/or property owner. <br /> <br />g. The maximum height of a ground mounted temporary sign shall not exceed ten (10) feet <br />in height as measured from the ground. <br /> <br />h. No temporary sign shall have lighting or illumination of any sort. <br /> <br />i. No temporary signs are allowed in the public right-of-way. <br /> <br />j.
