If a residential subdivision, must be <br />removed after certificate of occupancy <br />is issued for last building. 1 sign on each <br />peripheral <br />street. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(9) Temporary Off-Premise Signs are allowed, without a permit, as follows: <br /> <br />(a) The sign must be setback at least 5 feet from a property line; <br /> <br />(b) Only one sign shall be allowed per parcel of property; <br /> <br />(c) Placement of the sign shall require permission from the underlying property owner; <br /> <br />(d) The sign shall only be displayed between 6:00 a.m. on a Friday and 6:00 a.m. the <br />following Monday; and <br /> <br />(e) The sign area shall be no larger than 3 square feet in area and no higher than 4 feet <br />above the ground to which it is attached. <br /> <br />(10)(9) Directional signs up to four (4) square feet are allowed up to ten six (6) feet above grade <br />without a permit provided they are not erected adjacent to any residential streets. <br />
