6 <br />There is no mix of land use types. <br /> <br />(g) Provision of a housing type or target housing price that is desirable to the <br />City. <br /> <br />The one-level single family detached homes provide life-cycle housing. <br /> <br />(h) Other public benefits and values as recognized in the City’s Comprehensive <br />Plan. <br /> <br />The development implements the City’s Transportation Plan and Anoka County Highway <br />access management plan by realigning Vicky Lane with Kelly Street to eliminate the <br />existing unsafe offset intersection. <br /> <br />Staff does note this alignment is required for any development of this site and is not being <br />gained just because of the proposed PUD. <br /> <br />Urban Residential Planned Unit Development Requirements <br /> <br />City Code Section 1007.024(6) details requirements for PUD urban residential <br />developments.
