CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-21 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY OF <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 01-23 FOR PUBLICATION <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has approved the first and second readings of Ordinance No. 01- <br /> 23 amending City Code Chapter 1010: Signs; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 01-23 is lengthy and Minn.
