CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO.23-28 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES,AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br /> CONTRACT,2023 SEAL COAT AND CRACK FILL PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2023 Seal Coat and Crack <br /> Fill Project, quotes were received, and tabulated: <br /> CONTRACTOR TOTAL QUOTE <br /> Asphalt Concrete Solutions Did Not Quote <br /> Allied Blacktop Company $91,387.10 <br /> Astech Did Not Quote <br /> Bituminous Roadways Inc. Did Not Quote <br /> Pearson Bros,Inc. $104,260.56 <br /> SealTech Did Not Quote <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Allied Blacktop Company of Maple Grove, Minnesota, is the lowest <br /> responsible bidder; and <br /> WHEREAS,the funding for the project is from the Pavement Management funds in the amount of <br /> $100,000.00; and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br /> Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Allied Blacktop <br /> Company for the construction of the 2023 Seal Coat and Crack Fill Project in the amount of <br /> $91,387.10; <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of March, 2023. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br /> nosvecilm and was duly seconded by Council Member RuMa(1d and upon <br /> vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: .. den, grQec.%, <br /> Rader y, Ruh\cwd CaveLIT) <br /> The following voted against same: Nont (L1 <br /> isf <br /> R afferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> st\Rjuia.[ <br /> Hannah Lynch, City erk <br />
