Findings. The City Council finds that the amended sign ordinance protects the <br /> public health, safety, comfort, convenience, and general welfare of the residents of the <br /> community. <br /> Section 2. Amendment. The Lino Lakes City Code Chapter 1010: Signs is hereby repealed in <br /> its entirety and replaced with the following attached exhibit: <br /> Exhibit A: Chapter 1010: Signs <br /> Section 3. Effective Date.
