CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 23-26 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CENTENNIAL MIDDLE SCHOOL (399 ELM STREET) <br />SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City has completed review of the site plans for Centennial Middle School <br />Tennis Court Relocation and Parking Lot Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, the legal description of the property is provided on Exhibit A of the Site <br />Improvement Performance Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, City Code Section 1007.020(5)(d) requires the execution of a site performance <br />agreement prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that <br />the Site Improvement Performance Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and Centennial <br />Middle School ISD 12 is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to <br />execute such agreements on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of March, 2023. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member_______________ and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />________________________ <br />Hannah Lynch, City Clerk <br />Attachment 5: Resolution No. 23-26
