CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />DRAFT <br /> 2 <br />Item 5 - Consider Donation of Bicycles – Director of Public Safety Swenson stated the City 42 <br />looks to clean out the garage of abandoned bicycles that are deposited. There are eight bicycles 43 <br />and with the City Council’s authorization Staff would like to donate the bicycles to the non-44 <br />profit Bikes for Kids. 45 <br /> 46 <br />Item 6 - Consider 1st Reading of Ordinance No. 01-23 City Code Chapter 1010: Signs – 47 <br />City Planner Larsen noted they are trying to clean up the Ordinance and make it clearer with the 48 <br />first reading this evening. 49 <br /> 50 <br />Item 7 - Consider Resolution No. 23-20 Accepting and Approving the Grant Agreement 51 <br />between the City of Lino Lakes and the Metropolitan Council of Environmental 52 <br />Services for the Improvement of Publicly Owned Infrastructure and Approving 53 <br />Certificate of Real Property – City Engineer Hankee noted the Met Council monitors the City’s 54 <br />flows and the City has entered into a grant program, which they have done before.
