EXHIBIT A <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 01-23 <br />AMENDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 1010: SIGNS <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />Section 1. The Lino Lakes City Code Chapter 1010: Signs is hereby repealed in its entirety and <br />replaced as follows: <br />Section <br />1010.001 Purpose, intent and findings <br />1010.002 Definitions <br />1010.003 Administration and enforcement <br />1010.004 Non-conforming Signs <br />1010.005 Prohibited Signs <br />1010.006 General regulations applicable to all zoning districts <br />1010.007 Temporary Signs <br />1010.008 Zoning district regulations <br />1010.009 Substitution Clause <br />1010.010 Severability <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its passage and <br />publication according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on March 27, 2023. <br />This is a summary of the adopted ordinance.
