CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />DRAFT <br /> 2 <br />Process for Federally Funded Projects – City Engineer Hankee noted if the City were to 41 <br />receive federal funding, they would have this contract in place and it covers requirements such as 42 <br />equal opportunity employment, disadvantaged business work, wages, and that the City must 43 <br />follow criteria. There is no cost to the City for this item, it is just a contract-in-place. 44 <br /> 45 <br />Item 6E, Consider Resolution No. 23-29, Authorizing 2024 Environmental and Natural 46 <br />Resources Trust Fund Application for Water Stewardship – Community Development 47 <br />Director Grochala noted the City is applying for a grant through the State and the previous year 48 <br />the City went after funds to retrofit existing water meters and put the antennae on the water 49 <br />tower for radio meter-reads.
