CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO.23-23 <br /> APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br /> PHEASANT RUN RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to the City Council awarding a construction contract to A-1 Excavating, <br /> LLC in the amount of$886,886.00, on April 10,2023; and <br /> WHEREAS, WSB and Associates has submitted a proposal to complete the construction <br /> services for the Pheasant Run Reconstruction Project in the amount of$64,900.00; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the city to proceed with <br /> the construction oversight and administration, <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes,the <br /> Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB, in the name <br /> of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction services of Pheasant Run Reconstruction Project. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of April, 2023. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br /> and was duly seconded by Council Member S."DCSZ and upon <br /> vote teeing taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: C ,ve y1., <br /> aktVl wL1 aM O�, S1-u�SZ J <br /> The following voted against same: N <br /> R•..1: , ferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
