CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 23-35 ESTABLISHING THE 2023 COMPENSATION PLAN FOR NON-UNION EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, Section 207.04 of the Code of Ordinances requires the City Administrator to establish and maintain a compensation plan for all positions in the City, which is to be reviewed and approved by the City Council; and WHEREAS, this plan is in compliance with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 471, which is referred to as the Pay Equity Law; and WHEREAS, the compensation plan includes a 3% general wage increase plus a .75% market adjustment, effective January 1, 2023.
