CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 23-36 ESTABLISHING THE 2024 COMPENSATION PLAN FOR NON-UNION EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, Section 207.04 of the Code of Ordinances requires the City Administrator to establish and maintain a compensation plan for all positions in the City, which is to be reviewed and approved by the City Council; and WHEREAS,this plan is in compliance with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 471,which is referred to as the Pay Equity Law; and WHEREAS, the compensation plan includes a 3% general wage increase plus a.75% market adjustment, effective January 1, 2024.
