AMENDMENT 1 TO LEASE <br /> <br />THIS AMENDMENT 1 TO LEASE is made and entered into as of this _________________, by and <br />between City of Lino Lakes, a Minnesota municipal corporation ("Lessor"), and Allina Health System, a <br />Minnesota nonprofit corporation ("Lessee") (collectively "Parties"). <br /> <br />WITHNESSETH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Parties have heretofore entered into a certain Lease dated June 1, 2020 (the “Lease”) <br />relating to certain Leased Premises located at 7741 Lake Drive, Lino Lakes, MN on which Fire Station No. 1 is <br />located upon terms and conditions described in said Lease; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant desire to amend said Lease as described below: <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the rents reserved and of covenants and agreements herein set <br />forth, it is agreed that Lease be hereby amended as described below: <br /> <br />1. TERM OF LEASE: The Term of the Lease shall be extended for a period of three (3) years, <br />from June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2026 (the “Renewal Term”). <br /> <br />2. RENT: Lessee shall pay to Lessor Rent for the use of the Leased Premises in the amount of <br />$700.00 per month. Rent shall be payable in advance on or before the first day of each and every <br />month of this Lease. <br /> <br />3.
