CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Chair Sullivan called the Environmental Board meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. on March <br />29, 2023. <br /> <br />2. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Environmental Board Annual Work Plan & Ongoing Tasks List <br /> <br />Andy Nelson, Environmental Coordinator, gave the Board an update of the Annual Work <br />Plan and Ongoing Tasks List. <br /> <br />The Board accepted the changes to both lists to be presented to Council. <br /> <br />B. Earth Day Planning <br /> <br />Andy Nelson and Tori Philippi presented their staff report. <br /> <br />The Board suggested adding some interactive activities, adding the Tree City sign to the <br />Earth Day table, and add an informational sheet about what happens after people recycle. <br /> <br />The Board accepted the items that are on the table along with their suggestions. <br /> <br />3.
