The fee for single family residential is $12 per quarter. The fee for multi-family residential, <br />commercial, institutional, and industrial properties is $175 per acre of impervious per quarter. Residents currently not connected <br />to city water and sewer received an annual storm water utility bill due in May 2022. <br />(2) Unfavorable variance due to the reallocation of staff and workers compensation insurance premiums. <br />(3) Contracted services accounts for contractor payments in relation to the annual Storm Water Maintenance Project. Prior to <br />the implementation of the Storm Water Utility, maintenance project costs were accounted for in the Storm Water Maintenance <br />Fund which was supported by property taxes. <br />9
