He reported that staff has reviewed the valuations for those properties and they are <br /> 20 now recommending reductions as indicated : <br /> 21 <br /> 22 1036 Evergreen Trail (PIN 04 - 31 -2243 - 0011 ) - Valuation for taxes payable in 2015 reduced from <br /> 23 $ 227 , 400 to $ 200 , 200 . <br /> 24 <br /> 25 6910 Otter Lake Road (PIN 24 -31 -2243 - 0006 ) — Valuation for taxes payable in 2015 reduced from <br /> 26 $ 607 , 500 to $ 594 , 000 . <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve the reductions as recommended . Council Member <br /> 29 Stoesz seconded the motion .
