Page 1 <br />To: Katie Larsen <br />From: Andy Nelson <br />Date: June 7th, 2023 <br />Re: Environmental Comments/Watermark 6th Addition <br />1.Ensure that trees scheduled to be preserved in Outlot A will be protected by <br />tree protection fence installed in accordance with the City Tree Protection <br />Fence Detail. <br />If the protection fence cannot be maintained at a radius of 1 foot per inch DBH <br />(diameter at breast height), individual trees for which the protection area <br />cannot be properly maintained should be removed. In other words, if grading <br />or other construction activities will encroach into the tree protection fence <br />area, these individual trees should be removed. <br />Areas to verify include: Block 1, lots 2-4, 6-8, and 10-11 <br />Block 6, lots 1-4 <br />2.Shift boulevard trees away from the corners to ensure clear lines of sight for <br />traffic at the intersections of Osakis Street and Osakis cul-de-sac and Rainy <br />Lane. <br />Environmental Memo <br />Attachment 2: Environmental Coordinator Memo dated June 7, 2023
