The owner will has recorded quit claim deeds <br />of the two (2) parcels to the north property owners to eliminate the overlap. <br />Staff Comments: <br />1.All plan sheets shall be revised to reflect the correct lot lines after the quit claim <br />deeds have been recorded. Quit claim deeds have been recorded and lot lines are <br />accurately depicted.
