The above notes will be included in the SWPPP. <br />Ok. <br />9.The Turf Establishment Plan must be updated to match the seeding on the <br />Landscape Plan. Verify that correct Mn DOT seed mix numbers are used. The <br />landscaping plan has been prepared to represent final plantings and turf. The turf <br />establishment cites the landscaping plan as the preferred plan for turf <br />establishment. <br />Ok. <br />10. The Turf Establishment Plan calls for Mn DOT Seed Mixture 32-261. This <br />should be changed to Mn DOT 33-261. Typo was corrected <br />Ok. <br />11. Category 3 erosion control blanket is noted for the areas with steeper slopes on <br />the east portion of the site. This should be updated to reflect the 2020 Mn DOT <br />specification numbers to ensure that there is no confusion. The City requires <br />natural net erosion blanket. The category was changed to category 20 <br />Ok. <br />12.Verify that the trash enclosure is properly sized to accommodate both trash and <br />recycling containers. Architect plan comment <br />Ok. <br />13.Applicant may want to consider organics recycling for this site. Assistance and <br />grants to establish a recycling program on site may be available through Anoka <br />County’s AnokaBizRecycle Program. Owner comment <br />Ok. <br />14.The mitigation tree requirement has been recalculated to reflect the updated tree <br />survey and inventory. 34 mitigation trees are required. The proposed landscape plan <br />provides 32 mitigation trees in open space around buildings and ponds. 2 additional <br />mitigation trees will be required to meet standards. <br />15.Remove 4 shrubs from northeast corner of building (circled in blue below) to prevent <br />conflicts with Fire Department Connection on building.
