CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO.23-50 <br /> Approving the Renewal of Massage Enterprise and Massage Individual Therapist Licenses <br /> for the 2023/2024 Licensing Period <br /> WHEREAS,the licensing period for tobacco licenses in the City of Lino Lakes is one (1) year, <br /> commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following year; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is required to approve the renewal of tobacco licenses; and, <br /> WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the submitted renewal applications and verified that local <br /> licensing regulations are met; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted the required background <br /> investigations for license renewals; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the following applicants have applied for renewal: <br /> Enterprise/Business <br /> Allure Salon &Spa <br /> Revitalize Therapeutic Massage <br /> Heather's Healing Hands <br /> Therapist Doing Business At <br /> Heather Lewis Heather's Healing Hands <br /> Sarah Thornbloom Heather's Healing Hands <br /> Alicea White Allure Salon &Spa <br /> Rebeka Olson Revitalize Therapeutic Massage <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> LINO LAKES,MINNESOTA: <br /> The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the renewal of Massage Enterprise and Massage <br /> Individual Therapist licenses as listed above, with said approval contingent upon applicants <br /> meeting all city and state requirements for said licenses. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of June, 2023. <br /> P ob t .fferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
