CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-51 <br /> Approving the Renewal of Cannabinoid Licenses for the <br /> 2023/2024 Licensing Period <br /> WHEREAS,the licensing period for cannabinoid licenses in the City of Lino Lakes is one (1) <br /> year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following year; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve the renewal of cannabinoid licenses; and, <br /> WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the submitted renewal applications and verified that local <br /> licensing regulations are met; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted the required background <br /> investigations for license renewals; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the following applicants have applied for renewal: <br /> Business Name of Applicant <br /> AK Smoke Zone <br /> Lino Lakes Tobacco 1 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br /> The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the renewal of cannabinoid licenses as listed above, <br /> with said approval contingent upon applicants meeting all city and state requirements for said <br /> licenses. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of June,2023. <br /> o Rafferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
