CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-52 <br /> Approving the On-Sale and Sunday Sale Liquor Licenses for <br /> Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes <br /> WHEREAS,Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes will be operating a full-service restaurant upon the <br /> opening of their 55+ community; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes has submitted applications for a full On-Sale and <br /> Sunday Sales liquor licenses; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is required to review and approve or deny requests for liquor <br /> licenses; and, <br /> WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the submitted renewal applications and verified that local <br /> licensing regulations are met; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted the requisite background <br /> investigations for license applicants; and, <br /> WHEREAS, City staff recommends approval of the requested licenses. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> LINO LAKES,MINNESOTA: <br /> The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the On-Sale and Sunday Sales liquor licenses for <br /> Lynblomsten at Lino Lakes,with said approval contingent upon meeting all city and state <br /> requirements for said licenses. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of June, 2023. <br /> dg,rr‘54-2-T" <br /> ob afferty,Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
