They are proposing an amendment to the north end of <br />Watermark residential development in regards to lot sizes and housing products. The total <br />number of housing units remains 864 and does not change. Staff, Boards, and Council provided <br />feedback on three (3) different Concept Plans from October 2022 to April 2023. <br /> <br />The following Council approvals related to the PUD Development Stage Plan are still in effect:
