CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-69 <br /> APPROVING ACQUISITION OF PERMANENT EASEMENT <br /> 2023 LAKE DRIVE TRUNK UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council authorized preparation of plans and specifications for the 2023 <br /> Lake Drive Trunk Utility Improvements on November 28, 2022, and <br /> WHEREAS,the improvements required the acquisition of a 7,597 square foot permanent <br /> easement, and <br /> WHEREAS,the parties hereto have reached agreement on just compensation due for the <br /> acquisition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br /> That the purchase of a 7,597 square foot permanent easement for right-of-way, trail, drainage <br /> and utility purposes is hereby approved in the amount of$19,800. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 1 Oth day of July 2023. <br /> st <br /> Ro fferty, ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
