CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-63 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING BLUEBILL PONDS SECOND ADDITION <br /> DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, on July 10, 2023 the City Council passed Resolution No. 23-62 approving Bluebill <br /> Ponds Second addition Final Plat; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br /> of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br /> approves the Development Agreement between Steve Gaustad and the City of Lino Lakes for <br /> Bluebill Ponds Second Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such <br /> agreement on behalf of the City <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of July 2023. <br /> kz <br /> ;(\-- t E z`�, 1 <br /> R,R .
