CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-65 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING WATERMARK 6th ADDITION DEVELOPMENT <br /> AGREEMENT AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, on July 24, 2023 the City Council passed Resolution No. 23-64 approving <br /> Watermark 6th Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br /> of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br /> approves the Development Agreement and Planned Unit Development Agreement between US <br /> Home, LLC and the City of Lino Lakes for Watermark 6th Addition and authorizes the Mayor <br /> and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of July 2023. <br /> 4)-+-Ce-t't-tA--(-t-1--- <br /> Rob . i,erty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> --.- 1;4.)1/4.k. / <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
