CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-66 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING WATERMARK 6TH ADDITION <br /> OPEN SPACE EASEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, on December 10, 2018 the City Council passed Resolution No. 18-144 approving <br /> the Watermark Master Development Agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 7.2 of the Master Development Agreement requires an Open Space <br /> Easement; and <br /> WHEREAS,this Open Space Easement covers the following outlot: <br /> • Outlot B, Watermark 6th Addition; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br /> approves the Open Space Easement between US Home, LLC and the City of Lino Lakes and <br /> authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this l 0th day of July 2023. <br /> 'kee- F14-; <br /> . • Rai erty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
