CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-75 <br /> APPOINTMENT OF MUNICIPAL ADVISOR <br /> WHEREAS, annually a municipal advisor is appointed by the City Council to assist in the <br /> undertaking of debt financing, and <br /> WHEREAS,those relationships should be reviewed periodically; and <br /> WHEREAS,prior to contract renewal with the current municipal advisor a competitive process <br /> was conducted which included request for proposals and firm interviews, and <br /> WHEREAS, it was determined Ehlers was the leading candidate in the services, team, and value <br /> to be provided to the city, and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes the <br /> appointment of Ehlers as the City's Municipal Advisor, and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the Finance Director is directed to execute the contract with <br /> Ehlers for Municipal Advisory Services. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of July 2023. <br /> JL• k t1 .�f_ <br /> Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
