CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 23-65 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING WATERMARK 6th ADDITION DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, on July 24, 2023 the City Council passed Resolution No. 23-64 approving <br />Watermark 6th Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the City’s subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />approves the Development Agreement and Planned Unit Development Agreement between US <br />Home, LLC and the City of Lino Lakes for Watermark 6th Addition and authorizes the Mayor <br />and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of July 2023. <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />________________________ <br />Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />Attachment 3: Resolution No. 23-65
