CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-76 <br /> Accepting Ownership of Elevated Platform Located in Tower 1 <br /> WHEREAS, Sprint/T-Mobile currently leases space within Water Tower 1; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Sprint/T-Mobile previously constructed an elevated platform within Water <br /> Tower 1 to provide space for storage of cellular equipment and supplies; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Sprint/T-Mobile no longer has a need for the elevated platform and has <br /> offered to donate the platform to the City of Lino Lakes to allow the City and other lessees <br /> continued use of the platform. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino <br /> Lakes: <br /> Accepts the donation of the elevated platform located in Tower 1, located at 7470 4th Avenue, <br /> from T-Mobile/Sprint. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of August 2023. <br /> , k AN-4 t-r-eA.\.."- <br /> Rob 'li-rty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
